I Love to Run, Part 2: It's More of a Love/Hate Relationship

I can't walk today, people. My legs feel like they're in permanent cramp mode. Amazingly enough, they feel better when I've been walking steadily for a few minutes (like at the mall today). But the whole starting and stopping thing? The whole laying in bed all night, not using my legs at all? That's the killer. Augghh! No pain, no gain, though, right?

I don't even run the full 90 when playing in my soccer games. But I do have sprinting moments too. :) That requires a little recouping.
