Here is Aaron watching the Rams game today. I'm not kidding! He's really watching!

Farmer Aaron

Gotta love the overalls! Or "bibs" as they're called in Missouri. And check out the grin! He made it through another scary camera flash! This is very rare.

I normally get this:

Bad Girl Reagan

Poor, poor mistreated Reagan. The only way to get my attention, apparently, is to grab the kitchen towel from the stove and make me chase her for it. Notice also the chewed up leaf from my ficus tree on the rug. She always makes sure to chew on those right in front of me so that I will chase her down for that as well. What's a spoiled rotten little puppy to do?

Traveling Man

Aaron is not yet rolling over onto his stomach from his back but has decided that spinning on his back is pretty fun. I took the before picture, waited a few minutes and came back to find what is in the after picture. Incidentally, the cabinet in front of him in the after picture contains the T.V. so maybe that's what motivates him. He is, after all, my child.

T minus 5 Days and Counting

Daddy has been deployed since August 17th to a place very, very far away. However, he will be home next Wednesday! Yahoo! We can't wait. We have missed him very much.

Baby's First Airplane Ride

Aaron and I just got back from spending the last two weeks in Missouri visiting family. We had a great time! I was able to introduce him to his great-grandparents on both sides of the family, his great-aunt and several cousins. We also attended Mass at St. Patrick Church where his Daddy and I were married seven years ago!

Hangin' at the Denver Airport during our layover.

Cousins! My niece Emilie holding Aaron.

Flash Forward Four Months

Aaron had his Four-Month Well-Baby Checkup yesterday. Here are his new stats:

Weight: 13 pounds 14 ounces - 25th percentile
Length: 26 inches - 75th percentile

So basically my son is going to be tall and skinny. Can't imagine why! Look at his Daddy! Aaron also had his four-month immunizations. He did very well, considering. I usually shoot him up with some Infant Tylenol before we go. He cries when he gets stuck but is fine after I pick him up. All in all, it was a good appointment and the pediatrician even commented on what pretty blue eyes Aaron had! (Oh yeah, that's all me!)

Afterwards at Lisa's house - apparently the needles didn't bother him too much!

Our Other Kid

Name: Reagan
Born: June 26, 2001
Weight: Who knows, but she's a fatty now!

First, Some Stats

Name: Aaron William
Born: June 17, 2005 @ 3:30 p.m.
Weight: 7 pounds 6 ounces
Length: 20 inches
Birth: Uncomplicated C-Section due to his being breech and my development of preeclampsia. However, the birth was definitely a surprise when it happened - he wasn't due until the Fourth of July!

This is an updated post. Thanks for the spell check, Bethanie!

My First Post!

Introducing Aaron's Blog! Everything that you would possibly want to know about Aaron and the rest of his family is right here at your fingertips. Hopefully it will be entertaining as well as informational. I have always considered myself a fairly competent writer (business school will do that to you) but know that I also have a High School English Teacher looking over my shoulder (right, Lis?) so we'll see how this goes. Please leave me comments and tell me what you think.
