The second place we visited in Portland after the International Rose Test Garden was the Classical Chinese Garden. It is located in Portland's Chinatown neighborhood and takes up a whole city block! As in the Rose Test Garden, I was struck by how these gorgeous gardens exist right in the middle of a busy metropolitan area. They were beautiful!
