We do not let Lilly touch electrical cords. A small child's finger can easily slip and touch the blades of the plug and get shocked.
I can't believe you had time to grab the camera and snap a shot before you yanked it out of his hand. Because I KNOW you yanked it out of his hand. But yes. I do think it's smart. Those small holes? And thin tines? And they can get them matched up? So agile. Maybe you should make something for him to practice with.
